Elmhurst Chamber to Induct Jan Pauli into Civic Hall of Fame at Elmfest 2008
A longtime Elmhurst businesswoman and public servant has been selected as the newest member of the exclusive Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry Civic Hall of Fame.
Jan Pauli, a gas station owner who in 1983 helped create this community festival, known then as Sample Elmhurst, will become the Hall of Fame’s 17th inductee during 26th Anniversary opening ceremonies of Elmfest on the Harris Bank City Centre stage on York Street near Second Street on Friday, June 13, at 6:30 p.m.
Created in 1992, the Civic Hall of Fame recognizes women and men who make major contributions to the Elmhurst community.
